The latest Scope Outlast and Downy have this thing with the caps. Three. Now why the oddball Scope cap with the three ridges or petal like design on top (like a crown) instead of the traditional cap to pour in like a small cup? Similar (sort of) to the three petaled Downy cap that one cannot safely pour into without making a mess. Hmmm.--Laundry Shark
