Small Blessings

Have you ever had some one do something very kind and sweet, but it was very very unexpected???

My ex's new other half gave me a very nice, slightly used gateway laptop tonight.. I have had 3 toshiba laptops and none have lived very long and i had asked and offerd to pay him to make all three into a working computer so i could take my laptop to work.. well, after we hgad talked, i expressed how much i wanted a windows xp based computer (i hate vista) and that i just didnt trust buying one of craigslist and couldnt find a resonably priced refurbished one with xp..
He got this one for $50 and spent $50 to fix it.. I gave him my old broken and non working laptops (all of which are beyond repair) last week and i got this
Its 3.2 mhz with 1 gig of ram, a dvd-rw drive, 3.5" disk, track pad..its sooo nice..and it wasnt expected or asked for.. i cried when i got it.. i cant afford one now and this is such a blessing..

That was awfully nice of him to do this for you. I was raised to believe that when you do something nice for someone, the Karma will actually come around to you again. Personally, I feel it is very rewarding to give, rather than receive. It gives me a nice sense of satisfaction.
