small mystery screw in KDI-16

Hi, I found this small screw inside my Kitchen Aid Hobart KDI-16. I take out the rack and the spray arm and the metal screen and clean out the sunken area around the heating element every few months. I looked around the inside of the machine and didn't see any missing screws, and most parts look riveted. Also, this screw isn't stainless like most of the other fasteners.

Did this come from somewhere else? Can't think of anything other than dishes and flatware that I was washing, but it had to come from somewhere. Any ideas? Thanks

I don’t think it’s off the dishwasher as kitchen aid mostly used Phillips head screws.

Definitely not:

of the dishwasher. I've never seen Hobart use that type of screw. It most likely came from a pan handle or food processor bowl the machine was washing.

Well, that makes sense to me since it doesn't seem like a Hobart screw to me either. No idea where it could have originated, though.
