Lubrication may help.  The bearings are factory-lubricated and additional isn't supposed to be needed or done but it's something to try.  The trick is that the bearing is in the heated air stream so an accordingly suitable lubricant is needed ... and be very light with the application.

I replaced the bearing when refurbing the AeroSmart unit two years ago while I had it disassembled.  Didn't take long for it to exhibit some creaking when cold at start of a load (it quieted upon heating).  I tried a bit (a VERY little bit) of Zoom Spout Oil which settled it for a few months then it started creaking again.  Tried again with a VERY little bit of high-temp brake grease which had a better effect.

Something else to try, which I haven't yet ... see this thread '59 Frigidaire Dryer.  Reply #11 and #12.  Notice that the SmartLoad bearing looks just about physically identical size/shape to the one in Reply #11 Photo 1, and may also be a self-lubricating (sintered) bearing.

Beware if you buy a new bearing that there are knock-offs on Amazon (and maybe elsewhere) that usually include only the bearing and shaft (not the screws, housing, retainer, etc.) and are getting some problem reports that I've seen.
