Smelly Washer Class-Action Lawsuit Tumbles to the Supreme Court

I noticed that Whirlpool's latest batch of FL washers use MORE water than their previous versions, based on the energy star website (which is currently hobbled by the Federal Government shutdown). Could the pendulum be swinging in the opposite direction?

I can't believe that the user-error people arrived in court! :O
Hopefully they won't win.

Don't see how they can win since the instructions say to leave the door ajar and they weren't doing that. I grew up with FLs and had one the last 14 years without a whiff of stink. Mine smells slightly of neoprene and Tide.
