So....How are you cooking your Turkey for Thanksgiving??

I've heard of that method over the years, if I recall correctly it was a fad in the 70's. Never tried it but know of people who have. As long as it's cooked through it does not matter how it gets that way!

Toggles, I'd have to disown any aunts who cook with gas given my predjuidice! My aunt is retired from the PUD (public utility district) that provides power from hydro electric dams on the Columbia. She has a GE 30 inch range with a self cleaning oven.
