Wandered through the washers 'n' dryers section of the local Home Depot and passed a couple looking over the machines. Wife is inspecting a top-loader. Husband, stooped in front of a front-loader, asks "What about this one?"
Wife comes over, scrunches up her face and declares "Doesn't hold very much, does it?"
Hubby: "What do you mean?"
Wife, bending down and measuring the space between the bottom of the drum and the opening with her hand: "You can't load it any higher than this."
Hubby set her straight as I quickly fled the scene hoping to contain the laughter welling up inside.
