over the weekend I was driving around and heard a song on the radio, i kind of liked. THey did not say who sand it or the title. It was a rap/hip hop song and the background lyrics and song were Diana Ross's "I'm Coming Out". Has anyone heard this and know the title?

I think that you're talking about the funk/Soul remake of the classic hit by Dianna Ross! The track you're looking for is from Amerie and it called "I'm Coming Out" (2003 released) from the movie Maid in Manhattan.
