I wonder if that seller is an authorized dealer so that the buyer would get factory warranty.
One odd thing is that in the first photo the washer door appears to be hinged on the left but the dryer is hinged on the right. Usually dryer doors can be reversed, but the pic is just a little fishy-looking to me - like a photo montage, rather than an actual stacked pair.
I guess if I were buying I'd want to know the specifics of the door hinging and whether the necessary stacking hardware is included, too.

Cannot speak anything to the factory warranty. Though since these units are designed for OPL and other domestic settings would assume long as they are installed properly and the other usual provisions things should be fine.
For someone looking for a "basic" but well built front loader without fancy bells and whistles this would prove interesting.
One niggle would be cycle times, and without access to the manual we do not know if wash times and or other parameters can be altered.

Interesting link, but they seem to be a little light on the kind of information that people that buy coin-op and OPL machines would want to know.
Speed Queen has a couple of versions of programmable owner control - Quantum and something else whose name escapes me. In any case you can buy a Speed Queen that allows the users to do as much or as little as the owner chooses to authorize. Whether this Laundrylux can do the same isn't clear.

Some laundromat owners love them,others are strictly "hard mount" men and cannot be bothered with any machine that has a pump/is soft mounted.
Crossover washers are meant to be in direct competition with Maytag's "Neptune" and other domestic frontloaders you see with coin boxes slapped on them and or top loading "homestyle" washers.
For various reasons some laundromats cannot have a "pit" and thus must use domestic and or other soft mount washers, or resort to top loaders. OPL such as apartment buildings, spas, and so forth also are markets for these machines.

Sure, hardmount and gravity drain are site-specific things, but my point was does the Laundrylux machine have the kind of controls flexibility that the SQ OPL machines have given the same mounting and draining conditions?
Being able to control what the button-pushers do is important if you're the one buying the machine, paying the water/power bill and and paying for whatever stuff gets packed into the drum.

For instance a beauty salon or heath spa may only want the "basic" commercial pre-programmed cycles on the Laundrylux washer. Those coupled with the ability to accept liquid automatic detergent, bleach and fabric softener dispensing systems means a pretty much "load it and go system. Don't now about elsewhere but much of the "laundry and cleaning" help in NYC has limited to nil English reading skills. That sort of system cuts down on potential problems and eases training.

But I would enjoy hosting a jaunt from your home ground to places in the Midwest where the local hospitals not only have to have bilingual signage (English and Spanish), but also Vietnamese. This happens in places like Garden City, KS, where the big meat packing places are.
Or the kosher slaughterhouse in Postville, IA that was employing Bosnian and Guatemalan illegals but was the premier source of Kosher meat sent to NYC...before the proprietor Shalom Rubashkin decided to quit paying farmers for chicken and cattle, and got a visit from the immirgration folks in return for not paying his bills.
Or, Henry's Turkey Service - where mentally disabled men worked for 40 cents an hour to process turkeys so y'all could have a happy thanksgiving on the east coast.
Out of sight, out of mind. But I'm sure Dean & Deluca and Trader Joes only sell fair-trade meat like they hawk their whole-bean fair-trade cruelty-free coffee, right?
