you know, if you hit the 'mute' key while watching a vid, the machine is almost silent...
as most installs are in an alcove, bathroom, basement....noise levels aren't really a factor....some machines are soothing to hear operate....
at the last house, my neptunes were in the kitchen, loved hearing the sound of the spin ramp up which sounded like a jet taking off.....not like I was running a load while sleeping!...
if people only had a 'mute' button!....at least you know the machine will stop!
