Hello, I need some help to find out the best Speed Queen top load washer to buy the one with Electronic or Mechanical controls? Thank You. I heard Kenmores and Whirlpools are not good washers any more.

It is a matter of preference

With regard to how you want to interact with the machine. The internals are the same regardless.

I'm happy with my electronic speed queen. The AWNE82. One benefit towards the electronic model is that it has a 5 year parts and labor warranty instead of the 3 years on the electromechanical model.

They really do pretty much the same thing so the choice is yours. I have just as much control over the cycles on the electronic model as one would with a mechanical version.

The original digital machines (incl. TL's in Australia) only had a couple of cycles - i.e. Turn the knob to "Normal" and it washes for X, rinses for X and thats it. No adjustment.

These days they build in far more customization ability, and thus I would digital controls these days - as they're more feature-filled than the previous generation of even electro-mechanicals.
Reliability is yet to be determined, aside from the usual snags which John can state if need be. Its said though the timers on the machines were never all that good to begin with, so digital might be the solution.
