I used my wringer washer two years ago perfectly, stop using it because the pump to discharge the water was stopped up with calcium or corrosion, Now I turned it on to use it and the agitator isn't moving, and the hold cap will not twist off. it turns but will not twist completely off. Also the motor sounds like it is running but not turning the agitator and smoke is coming out; is it because I don't have water in it?
