Ralph loves spinach anything and I ran across this recipe in an old cookbook. I added a couple touches of my own and it was yummy. A great side dish or eat the whole thing if you want a vegetarian meal!

Droool...

Another winner! ... I got so hungry watching that I stopped it 1/2 way through and went and ate a hamburger roll dipped in leftover chicken gravy from the fridge - yikes! Can't wait to try this one out, and maybe I'll have to eat it sans meat dish to make up for that gravy roll, lol!

Mouth-watering!
I'm going to try it the way you bois did it!

Here are some recipes for an ethnic variation that was referenced!

That does look good.  I'm going to give it a go.  The only time we ever seem to use spinach is when Larry makes a spinach and blue cheese dish at Christmas and he uses those frozen boxes.

this was really very good...

Rather than make a Cavalcade of Food major "quiet on the set, roll em!" production I used a UB packet of rice and baked it in my toaster oven...easy, quick & delish. Thank you Kevin & Ralph.

PS...when are we gonna see that fabulous little 57' Frigidaire "Sheer Look" range turning out some gourmet treats?
