$100 is very reasonable for such a nice fridge in working condition, and with rare stainless steel exterior to boot!

The doors aren't made of stainless steel. It's brushed chrome.

Of course you can!

The previous owner of my 1963 fridge had quite a few on the door...

(and look at how it was built in with no vent kit and with the condenser totally enclosed at the back. I can't believe this thing spent over 45 years running in this condition!)

They got rid of it because it was extremely noisy but it turned out to be just dried rubber bushings...
