Finally installed my new Samsung steam oven, had it sitting around for some time. Issue was it's a 1/2" taller than my previous Electrolux, had to rebuild the supports to accommodate it.
Does anyone else have a steam oven? looking for tips or a good source of recipes. I do a lot of sourdough bread baking and steam was the partial reason for the downfall of my Electrolux oven. That and the control board flaking out and throwing error codes for anything over 350 degrees.
