Strange Indesit door on washing machine in Italian advert!!!

Hi guys

I was looking at an advert made in Italy on Youtube on an Indesit washing machine in the early 90's, featuring Carol Alt on Indesit appliances. The washing machine had a strange looking door, not like the standard ones, it was double glazed and looked like it had no handle, like Hoover New Wave doors. Have we seen a washing machine with a door like that in the UK? I've included the link to the advert.

Indesit

It's a washer dryer. Not very popular here too! They also made coloured washing machines with a pink top and green door. The same cheap machines with "fancy" appearance.
