I spotted this while trolling on-line ads in Ontario and I'll be darned if I can clearly identify who made it.

It's a Canadian brand of long-ago, Moffat, and I'm guessing the machine is from the early to mid-1970s.  The pictures aren't great but for the life of me, this looks like it's a Westinghouse clone.  Or could it be a pre-WCI Kelvinator?  I'm confused...

What is throwing me for a loop is that Moffat's dishwashers had several sources over the years, including D&M, but at around this time, I had always thought they were Norges.  In the late 70s Camco gobbled up Moffat and their entire appliance line were Hotpoint clones.

The Eaton's Viking dishwashers had the same interior. Westinghouse or WCI made. I can't tell which, but definitely not Camco made. I think even the early Baycrest dishwashers were also made by Westinghouse or WCI. And Kelvinator too, as you mentioned. But the shape of the tower in the middle looks like an older design than the one I remember.

It's a true Westinghouse due to the shape of the lower rack tines.  I had two Westinghouse dishwashers in apartments built between 1967 to 1970 my 3rd year of college in 1975-1976.

Now I can be sure....

It's a Westinghouse.... LOL

Thanks for the input everyone!  I went back into my own photo archives and found this shot of my mint-condition Westinghouse portable - those detergent dispensers are the same for sure.   The wash tower on mine is different for sure, so perhaps this one I found in Ontario is older.  I was told my portable is a 1971 model but now I'm thinking it's newer...

Dang now I've gotta get that out of storage to play with it again!
