suds saver not working

Hi,
OUr westinghouse 850 is not doing the rinse save or the suds save. The water return is not working. All the water goes out the outlet hose beside the sink. I disconnected the hoses and I can feel that the outet side is open. Even when we change across to rinse or suds save the outlet feels the same. Is there a switch or something that opens and closes these hoses?

Cheak the solonoid on the saver valve getting power on suds drain? solonoid coil ? pix ALWAYS helps!
