I went to Lowe's and picked up a plug for the T-35 that Mixfinder sent to me. Took all of 10 minutes to fix it.
Plugged it in. (heart starts pounding. Grabbed a slice of bread... the moment of truth. put it in the slot.. Without fanfare, the bread lowered into the toaster and the coils came on and the smell of burnt dust filled the air (must've not run in a long time).
WHEW!!! But that's only half the story. Is it going to shut off too soon, will it burn the toast, one can only guess.
"Click!"
The coils shut off and the toast slowly rose out of the slot, perfectly toasted and ready for some peanut butter.
(ok, Breathe, relax)
It's a keeper. Thanks again, Kelly for such a wonderful gift.
Now all it needs is a little lubrication because it was kinda lethargic coming back up. Any suggestions?
