Hi Guy's
I dont post very often on here but thought I would share my new machine. I am getting a Swan 9kg Steam washing machine delivered in the morning.

Have usually had Hotpoint washers but really need a big wash drum and didn't like the look of the Aqualtis.

Never heard of swan but I know it has a direct drive motor which should make it nice and quiet (hopefully lol)

Has anyone had any experience with these machine, have took out 4 years extra cover to be on safe side.

Here is pic of machine from website but will post piccies of the machine when it gets delivered in the morning

Robbie :o)

Interesting machine...

Looks a bit like a daewoo, 9kg nice drum size and 1400 rpm spin.

Would love to hear how you get on with it, does it have a shower/jet system?

Thanks

Hope it serves well.

Cheers guys
My worst fear was someone was going to come back and say it is part of the Haier brand lol... (would personally beat clothes on a rock than have one of them again)

Not sure of all the features but will prob scan a copy of the Manual if it looks any good.

Swan are very well known for their small appliances - kettle's, toasters and particularly teasmade's. They're vacuums have always been Dirt Devil made, and very budget. I think for a while they may have been a Littlewoods-Index exclusive brand. The washer does appear to be another rebadged Swan product, made by Samsung. Hope you have many years of reliable service from it - what is it replacing?

The daewoo has the exact same specifications and exact same facia, drum etc.

Is the daewoo also made by samsung?

just out of curiousity.

Thanks. I don't know much about who owns who etc.

I am undecided. I think these are related to LG in some way. If they are your in for a cracking machine.

The daewoo versions pretty nice lookin too.

Best of luck! Will you be posting a pic or two?
