Regarding the red tile wallpaper (?)
Was it original to the house or did you buy that and install it?
It so brings me back to my childhood - particularly to my Aunt's house and would love to recreate that.

Pete - we have about a dozen stoves, which is why we like to rotate them around from time to time. Unfortunately, we only have one spot that can accomodate a stove larger than 30" wide.
Paul - the red tile wallboard is orginial to the cottage. They don't make it anymore, I wish they did. We've got black tile wall board in the bathroom.

Sorry to hear it - been there too...
I tore my L Achilles tendon in 1990 while being a bit too enthusiastic at doing the Irish jig and falling into a chair... talk about embarrasing, and really painful! Knee to foot cast for around 10 weeks at a most uncomfortable foot angle, for it to recover properly. Walking was difficult, but recovery complete. LOVE the stoves, my favorite applince to collect... how about pics of some of the others...? Get well soon Kevin!
