Sylvania Hospital TV

Found this at an estate sale today for $10. It is an older Sylvania "Hospital" television. Powers up and appears to work. Any ideas on how to retrofit this to recieve air signals (now that everyting is digital. It appears only to have a jack and uhf/vhf plugs.

Just pick up a digital-to-analog converter box, which can be found on Craigslist.  I think the screws on the back are for old school antenna connections but can't be sure from the picture.  You will need a 300 ohm to 70 ohm converter for that, which will not be as easy to find.
