haven't looked over one in years,but i remember these having
a solenoid to pull the clutch belt's idler pulley against the
belt-i presumed this was to allow the the motor to run for a
neutral drain,but watching washers on youtube these seemed to
be spin drain...considering how dinky the belts are on these
compaired to franklins,maytags,and "marathon"speedqueens,seems
these westinghouses would really eat belts doing a spin drain..
