I don't know if it's a Doughboy or not, but this is the Tappan model I would love to have in my kitchen.  It has the biscuit/cracker keeper, and the burner covers too.

Thanks! I also sent the seller an email yesterday and gave my home number, but have not heard anything. With a not-familiar area code, it's very likely they will consider my inquiry to be bogus.

I'll be eager to learn what you find out and what you think of the 'Holiday'

My mother has a similar gas stove a more basic model, my grand parents bought about 1950. Sold it to my parents when they built a new all electric house. two fold away shelves, in each side compartment. Has only needed a new oven thermostat/regulator to be changed about 25 yrs ago One aunt had a similar stove with more trim, a broiler pedal too and some salt and pepper shakers with a fat chef graphic
