Me too....
Hey Paul. You are not alone in realizing that we can't do what we used to do. I turned 68 last April and more and more often I'm noticing I can't do what I used to be able to do. Just bending down and getting back up can give me pause from time to time. My hobby is cooking and I used to be able to spend the entire day in the kitchen and now I have to sit down from time to time and recharge for a few minutes. My legs get so tired. I normally spend between 45 to 60 minutes every morning on the treadmill. On days I know I will be on my feet alot for whatever reason I skip the treadmill. It sucks. For years I ran 5 miles a day and on the weekend it wasn't unusual for us to do a 20 mile run. I still do most of what I used to do just seems to take a lot longer or require a little extra planning. LOL.
In my mind I'm still young, I wish my body could catch up. I guess it's a part of life.
