Telephone network sounds

I 'd like to relate this to another thread about telephone numbers but concerning telephone network sounds (look up telephone sounds on You Tube) & an example. These recordings are from the 1970's when the networks still had rotary/pulse dialing along with the Strowger & crossbar switching systems despite the beginning of DTMF & CCITT touch tone dialing.
