Did you see the other pics, the 50's Constructa with the huge glass door which is back again pretending to be newly invented, and the old Bendix--haven't seen that model here at all--wonder what the cool gizmos on the left say and what about the giant drawer. And that hand-cranked wringer sure saved a lot of time. Doing the floor yesterday with a heavy cotton mop, daydreaming and wringing it, I thought of how tough it must be to hand-wring all of the household laundry.
