Dear friends-

I am going through some medical stuff right now. Serious, but not life-threatening. However, the treatment is making me crankier than usual, and I am having most of the listed side effects, which is rare for me and I have decided to take a short break from posting. More than a day, less than four months.
It is physical stuff that is affecting my emotional/psychological stuff, of which I have plenty.
Again, not life-threatening.

I hope all who participated in Secret Santa eventually had a good time with it.

I have no idea as to my opinion at the moment about dear Robert's proposed changes here. When I do, I MIGHT say something about it, but might not. Frankly, this place is just a reflection (in my opinion) of American society in general these days.

As I have said a time or two, and always mean it: Email in profile.

I deeply hope that you all have a good few days/weeks. I also wish that you find your most desired finds. Might resume posting on Saturday, might be sometime in March.

Lawrence, you know what I'm dealing with around the old homestead. I still don't know whether AW.org is going to become a refuge or temporarily abandoned. Life as I've known it will become a lot different in a couple of days, far more so than it has over the past couple of months.

I hope you get past this rough patch and are back with the group here soon. This site can often be therapeutic when you're having a bad day.
