Mark thatnks for all closeups here too. I am guess that water save cycle is the wash, spin/spray rinse, spin, and stops at the beginning of the real rinse. Intersting. Explain if I've not guessed correctly. Thanks. Bob

Yet another AWESOME machine, and what a cool control panel! I've never seen one of these before in pictures; only the Hoover version. If I'm not mistaken, aren't these the same as the older Aussie Hoovers as well?

Interesting front fill! Considering the style of the ramp agitator, I'm assuming the wash action is like the GE, with that "dip-roll" action?

Great Turnover!

This machine has great turnover!

What is the transmission like in these machines?? Like a Westinghouse?? The older Aussie Hoover's wash like this and they have a great big round cast iron gearbox.

Have to ask this. What year is the machine? Did Blackstone produce all their own washers up till the end,..or was Westinghouse involved at all?

This is fascinating! I do believe these machines were produced in NY state, yet..in all my years i have never actually seen one of their washers in the northeast...though i did see an old junked dryer once.
