The Black Kenmores are back

This black pair was listed on Atlanta Craigslist, then disappeared. Beautiful pair! I had this pair in white, bought just about the same time as these, and my washer proved to be a POS. The pair came with a 3-year, bumper-to-bumper, 100% warranty... I dumped them when the warranty expired because during those 3 years the Sears serviceman was at my house on the average of once a quarter - for the washer, never the dryer.

Wow you caught that quick. I was just on and did not see it. I d say these are older than 8 yrs. Triple dispenser?

The seller says they were bought in 1993. It has triple dispensers; seems like 2 are on the left of the opening and one is on the right. They're the timed variety. That was one of the items that went out on my white one.

I had one of those washers, it was terrible,the problems were in the control panel,it was always a fill problem,I had a fairly new Roper with a bad tranny so put the white body,contol panel and motor/pump from the roper on the Kenmore,now I have a triple action Roper.

I contacted this guy I would say about 4 times. He only replied once. I asked him if the dryer was electric or gas. He replied electric and his name and that was it. When I told him I was interested in buying them, He did not reply. Well, see if they pop up and dissapear again as they have since he posted the ad. I think even if they popped up again,I wouldn't be interested in dealing with someone like that. I just checked after I had seen your posting and sure enough they were gone again. Well, let see if they pop up again I am sure!!
