Now that a or the recipe for cronuts has been posted I challenge anyone here to try and make these and report back on how they turned out. This has to be one of the most involved recipes I've ever seen. Initially I thought it did not look too bad but it's a 3 day challenge and more than I want to attempt for 8 cronuts.

I remember watching Julia Child making puff pastry with the folding in thirds and counting the turns then wrapping it up for further refrigeration then dragging it back out etc. ad nauseum. It was nice to see how it was done, but it was not anything I had a desire to do.
