My 5 cup KA processor was
built in France, and my 12 cup KA processor was built in China, and both of them are EXCELLENT machines. I use them both frequently. The 5 cup is just right for one pizza's worth of dough. The 12 cup KA comes with a very handy and slick storage box for all the attachments.
I love to bake with the 12 cupper. It makes wonderful cookie dough. I machine sift the flour, leavening, and salt, then dump them out onto parchment. Then, I combine the butter, sugar, eggs, and liquid flavourings. Finally add the dry ingredients, and pulse 2-3 times. Perfect cookie dough!
