Yesterday I finished reading this latest book from Matt Taibbi and I was very, very impressed. I wouldn't have believed he could top "Smells Like Dead Elephants", but Taibbi has done precisely that IMO.
I thought it was brilliant and hugely entertaining, and several stories had me laughing in astonishment and cringing in utter disgust at the same time.
As my doctor tells me, finding a problem is half its solution, and if enough Americans can get their brains around what Taibbi is telling us, I believe it's the only possible hope we have to avoid a complete meltdown/implosion of our political system.
