The listing for the estate sale I've been talking about.

Here it is.  Starts tomorrow.  Multiple sets of vintage bedding (new in the wrapper), vintage linens, old felt pennants, womens hankies, womens scarves, vintage cookware, vintage glassware, sooo much STUFF.  The husband & wife were BIG TIME flea market shoppers.

Put a wringer between each set of tubs and start moving things down the line.

There are 3 pairs of handcuffs, a come along, and a pair of leg irons.  All sets come with the keys.  

  Earlier in the week we sold a lot of 120 pieces of vintage Sarah Coventry jewelry via Ebay that the husband had bought for some unknown reason.

It was a great day yesterday at the sale!  The vintage linens almost literally went flying out of the house.  One woman bought $600 worth of linens, and another woman purchased $400 worth.  WOW!!!  Was too busy working in the jewelry room to take any pics of the line of people waiting to check out.  Most times throughout the day there were about 15-20 people waiting to check out.

Handcuffs

Why, the handcuffs would surely mean someone in the household was in law enforcement. Lord Kenmore is quite sure that his pure mind cannot fathom any other reason for having handcuffs.

No one in that household was ever in law enforcement.  The gentleman who collected 75% of this estate was very eclectic in his tastes, to say the least.  They were most likely originally purchased at a flea market.  The couple was huge into flea market shopping.  All pairs of handcuffs, and the leg irons were some of the first items sold on Friday.

 

I stopped over yesterday to look at a set of glasses because our everyday juice glasses are just a mish-mash of differnt patterns.  I ended up with a set of 6 Hazel-Atlas Eldorado gold coin dot juice glasses.  I found another set of 10 on Ebay to bump up the set.  I like them, but Bev isn't quite sold yet.  She'll come around eventually.  Sorry for the crappy pic.

 

I wanted something that can go in the dishwasher.  Alot of the glassware had painted designs on them which won't hold up in a dishwasher.  These were my best option.
