The Love of Clothes Washers and Homosexuality

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

You definitely do not have to be gay. That's from this bitter, gun holdin', religion clingin', hating everyone who's not like me, straight, small town Pennsylvanian. (ok, I don't hate those not like me, that's just what I'm told) LOL!

So what's up? I checked out the initial poster's profile and it's all blank.

Let's hope Robert checks his email real soon and fills us in on what's behind this curious thread.

Str8, Married, white, and Christian here... although I don't know about voting Republican this time.

But I love washers too...

and record players..

and jukeboxes...

and Smart cars.

Where the hell I been you say young man???

LMAO- Drama story unfolds, as Ms. TaTa's settles into a nice leather chair with strong drink in hand, drawing in a deep heavy sigh -

OMG - working. Working my @$$ off and still have alot of @$$ left.

No, I am not a homo-owner yet...lol

Act 1 Scene 1

Ok...long story short: (yeah right)

I closed on this house (with the loverly harvest gold gas double oven and gas cooktop, vintage ala 1977) on Friday April 11th late in the afternoon. Everything was completed except for this one little detail. (and a &^%$'ing big one I might add)

We knew she - the seller - was terminal, and we rushed everyone at underwriting to get this done & closed...yada yada yada....and we were just praying I tell ya, praying she would make it until Monday morning.

The FEDS did not get the deposit until Monday morning.
Over the weekend, the seller died. Yup.

Sooooooooo....no keys, house is going into probate, and with any luck and alot of prayers to Buddah, Jesus Christ, St. Jude and whoever and whatever means (tarot cards told me I would get it) we can only hope this takes a few weeks and not months...I really want this house. It has awesome potential.

Soooo...Days Of Our Lives fans...stay tuned until next time when we bring you...

*insert dramatic soap opera organ music from '60's in the background*

Will Ms. Maytag get the house she dreams of? *Hell yeah*
Will Ms. Maytag kill Hitler before the end of the month? *Likely to happen before next season*
Does Ms. Maytag know who is the baby daddy of her cousin's second wife's sisters' lesbian niece?
*HUH? what the hell did I just say?*

These questions and more, in the next chapter of....
Days of a MaytagMom's life.

Buh-bye guys...and girls...have an awesome weekend! :-)

You dasn't stay away so long the next time - we need you here to keep us off the straight and narrow.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you - I've been there and done that one. You'll get it if it's meant for you, if not - something better will come along.

Being here.

I'm straight, I'm Jewish, and I'm HERE, get used to it (if you haven't already)!

I find AW.org to be a peaceful place full of helpful information and kind people. I hope it stays that way.

You don't have to be gay to be here, just a little eccentric,
Dave

Do you have to be gay?

Not that I know of, I hope not--I may be Ambidextrous but never been accused of being a switch hitter.

I'm just a little OCD that has a fasination with appliances, vacuums.

Who Cares???

It seems the love of a good machine(or twenty...) is all you need here. As to what floats your boat, doesn't make a difference. It looks like even ignorants are allowed to post... :)

This thread made my day. I really enjoy this group. The diversity and how everyone gets along could be a model for how our entire society should act.

ok just throwing my lil input in here.
Yes i am a gay man, only 20 years old so still learning a lot as the days go by. I'm in the Scouts, currently a Rover, i have blond in my hair (doesn't mean i'm an idiot), i love washing and washing machines, could watch them all day long. I also take ballroom dancing classes once a week.
I find this site to have provided a basis in which to explore my love for washing machines more, providing discussions and pictures and videos which i would not have been able to see/hear if i hadn't have found this site. The fact that some members on here are gay also and damn proud of it provided me with some security also, i could come here and basically feel right at home. The face that there were also straight members here and damn proud of it just made me feel a lot less different because i had this idea that loving washing and washing machines meant that i must be gay, how wrong was I??
So in summary, u do not have to be gay to post here.
The End...
Heres a pic of me in my Rover uniform, blond hair blazing enjoying a 40* Synthetic cycle on my friends Whirlpool, pretty much me in a picture :-)
