The color is beautiful. I love how it sets everything else off so nicely. What is the name of the color and brand of paint? I wouldn't mind painting a room here with the same color.

I'm glad it was a hit with all of you. The color really does look nice, and the furniture goes with it, which I was a little nervous about. I also think it will look great on a sunny day. Hopefully, we'll have one soon ;-)

The shadowbox and panther are a little on the kitschy side, but I am a firm believer in the power of kitsch. Otherwise, 50's stuff can be a bit sterile.

The halolight doesn't work YET, but give me a few months. I picked up an old-fashioned cable box at the St. Vinnies today, so hopefully, we'll have an interesting set up there soon.

And yes, that coffee table IS amazing. It's the only coffee table I've ever seen with a built-in coffee warmer.

Impressive.

Especially eye-catching is the contrast with the Asian-inspired taupe-and-plum wall hangings to the right of the fireplace. It's subtle, but brings a touch of the mystical...

The remnants of what must have been a beautiful view of the season's foliage gives the whole space a feeling of oneness with the outdoors.

(Jeez, I must sound like I've been hitting the Carbona again, lol, my apologies!)
