Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

@glenfieldmathk1 -In response to the question you asked, depending on the light it can be pretty easy to see what's going on inside the machine but even when washing a dark load if you peer inside then you can see what's going on.

I'm using it most days and continue to be impressed by the machine and its capabilities.

I have a nice one in red.It works great and does the horse blankets here on the farm.Moved here after repairing their P.O.S. GE "Hydrobash" for the last time. Problematic since the day they got it at H.D.I had five FLs to bring along and the LG has the largest capacity. so,the others are under the house (built 1938) and well secured.I had to help a duckling exit his egg but,his right side was paralized and the other 17 ducklings that hatched two days ago from the same set of eggs were trampling over him. I took him in and held him a while feeding him ground food and massaging his kneck and legs but,he died this afternoon.I took him to the duck's buryel area and put him to rest.The rest are already sold.

My hearing regarding SSDI/SSI is on May 8th. It is being done before a judge and,according to my current lawyer,wil be an open and shut case due to my current health and previous history.Staying here has had its own difficulties but,none like the ones at my last place.Five dogs,all realted,9 cats,57 ducks,17 rabbits,two hen chickens,a donkey,a cow,a worm farm and a horse all live here and get fed and watered twice daily.Wild bores are also here and shot on site or caught in a trap to get slautered and butchered. At least 2 dozen duck eggs a day get washed and placed in salt water for two weeks then sold as salted duck eggs for $10/doz.The others are sexed and placed in nests to hatch.Plenty to get done here and I already installed a laundry sink, weeded all the gardens (2 acres),mowed the entire lawns and planted tomatoes,carrots,and tarro.Today, I went to Rick and Traceie's gorgious farm overlooking the Pacific and repaired their Kenpool convertable dishwasher. I found a dime, a penny and a sewing needle stuck in the bottom by emptying it and turning it upside down and rocking hard on the floor. I then removed the items that fell via gravity and turned it rightside up. I then wheeled it back over, connected it back up and it runs fine.I'll be spending the night here to watch over "Negga" the huge black cat Rick spoils.

I am truly sorry if I offended anyone from China, or Chinese

@dascot
I am only expressing my own point of view in the comment.
I never said it doesn't have a 60C cycle, and your final point is my exact argument as to why I left my comment in the 1st place. A Duvet cycle should have the option to use 60C, as 40 is less hygienic and won't kill bed bacteria, that 60 can kill, such as dust mites and bed bugs.
Why Don't you go on Google, and type in Google dictionary, and then type in "Know it all", "Jobs worth" or "Big headed".
I am very upset by the way you have treated me.
Just because you are old, and I am young, doesn't mean you can bully myself because your older, and 'know more' when you quite clearly don't, if you did you would understand why washing at 60, especially bedding & duvets is so important, as is washing kitchen laundry & towels.
Finally LG are made in China.
I cannot believe that I can no longer express my view without being criticised.
I also have no fear of foreigners, to be honest - maybe you do, the way you treated me, with myself being an outsider. I can get on well with Germans, and have a close German friend, I get on well with American people, and also get on well with Italian people actually.

I did not mean to offend anyone, and sorry if it felt this way. I did not mean to harm anyone, but the way I have been treated in this thread by one person, and the way other people on this forums have been treated in the past too, its immature behaviour, you older people should realise there is now younger people in this forum, who also enjoy doing laundry.
It is also amazing how a judgement has been made against me without you actually knowing me. Thats called Prejudice. In fact none of you on here know my life, or anything much about me, I don't really wish to tell you about my life, but I don't see how you can make a judgement about me without knowing who I am.

@ glenfieldmathk1

I'm not here to criticise your opinion or make a judgement on anyone but your previous post which caused the offence was not worded in a very polite way:

"they are made in China (or where-ever they are invented/made), and in China (or where-ever) they don't care about Hygiene, its pretty obvious." ....this is a very broad assumption to make and would quite rightly offend anyone who is Chinese and other people as well, whilst i wasn't offended by it personally i did cringe at what you'd said because it is, to put it bluntly, rude.

I don't mind younger people using these forums however there have been problems and it has at times turned quite unpleasant, admittedly this has been due to some people being quite 'precious' about things but some of the younger people who have been using the site have been rude and disrespectful and have been abusing the site in some respects (pointless posts and threads etc)

I'm really not willing to get into a mass debate about this all, it's really annoying when a thread ends up hijacked by a spat that breaks out between members and this has happened a few times now. Everyone just needs to be more considerate towards each other and perhaps re-read and re-think what you've written before pressing the 'Post' button.

@glenfieldmathk1

Like Pedro, I have no desire to get into a big debate, and I certainly had no intention of coming across as bullying. Sure, I can be blunt about things, but that's just the way I write sometimes. I apologise if you felt bullied by my comments, it was certainly not intended.

However, you state that you were only expressing your point of view, but that is not how it came across - and that is the reason I suggest re-reading what you post before you post it. You were quite clearly stating something as a fact that could be considered offensive. In fact, you have done it again in this post here.

I don't want to lecture at you, but as I said before it can be a help to re-read your posts before you post them to make sure you are really putting across the message you mean to put across. When one is on the internet, one has to remember that the only things people can tell about you is from what you are posting. Nobody is asking for long drawn out life history on here, but common courtesy and etiquette can be expected. If people make inflammatory comments, such as you did, then they should expect to possibly be called out on it. Calling someone a know it all and a bully likewise. I would think you're old enough to know how things you post will come across.
