I was going to mention that an upgrade can be paid/gifted for another site user but I checked and seems that's no longer possible? The upgrade function advises to select a different username from the pick-list but the only choice is myself.

I finally found time this week to fix that bug, should be working as expected now. Thanks again for pointing that out to me Glenn.
