I mean, yes, I do notice lint in my bathroom where my dryer is located.
No I don't think that is an issue.
Europe had condenser tumble dryers in their flats FOR DECADES now.
I don't huff my dryer exhaust 24/7. It runs like, a couple hours a week?
And if you a scared about what amounts to dust, you better stop breathing once you find out about pollen, fungal spores, how much bacteria is getting airborne when you flush the toilet...

(Me)*Washes laundry in hot water with strong agitation, then put it in the dryer for over an hour with maximum heat and cleaning out the vent filter which spreads fibers everywhere* “I only care about micro plastics if it’s not coming from my laundry, what about those STYROFOAM beads you put on beanbags it’s not like you can replace that with Goji berries and potato filings”
