I had started my typewriter collection in the days before the net was a reality for the gen. public. I was always into the vintage royal machines. I saw the royal empress in a book once and realized I HAD TO HAVE ONE!!! I didn't even get one until many moons later thanks to ebay. I have also always wondered about the models a few yrs before the empress. I know there was the HH standard and then another model after that in 57. In the hh what did the hh stand for? any info is welcome. thanks Bill
