But it also seems to be suspiciously out of date for 2004. I wonder if that was the date the author uploaded the obsolete info?

For example, it makes mention of phosphates being frowned upon, yet makes no mention of zeolites being used as a suitable substitute.

Zeolites have been used since at least the late 1980s/early 1990s, Procter and Gamble's Ariel Ultra being one of the first - and I remember telly programmes of various sorts questioned at the time whether washing machines would fare well with zeolites.
