I'm nearly certain this is a genuine Waste King? Should I have had more reservations in buying it? If it is what I think it is, and the grind ring isn't worn smooth, this should be a very good disposal yes?

That is a WK disposer, as you mentioned see how worn it is before you buy.

Well, its here, the grind ring still looks like new, and I have it installed! Its on an Anaheim EZ-mount flange at the moment, but I have a WK 3 bolt one on its way. But the splash guard is done for, and I do need to find a new one... Not sure how this will happen!
Since the Youtube Embed thing still doesn't work, we'll have to compromise our principles and settle for a link...
