Hey guys,
Am needing some advice and hope to get some good opinions. As you know I have a SQ432 washer that isn't HE. My question is would be be alright to couple it with a new HE dryer? Are HE dryers strickly made for HE washers? There is nothing wrong with the Whirlpool dryer that I currently have but am thinking of replacing it with something that stands taller, like on a pedestal for easier loading and unloading. In the past, esp. in the summer, I've been able to use some clotheslines with my Dad helping me, so dryer usage was limited. This may change though in the coming future.
I would be open to recommendations on dryers, different brands and options. I don't have the funds right now to replace both units but getting a new dryer would help.
Age has caught up with me and I was diagnosed with lower spinal arthritis, and bending down or stooping over can be quite painful for me, esp. in the winter months or when there is a lot of moisture in the air. I do pretty good in the summer months right now, except for some stiffness, but my condition is progressive. Growing older is NOT for sissies! What I'd give to be the way I used to be!!! Thoughts?
