Kinda cool. Just need to find a frame to fit it. Came from a copy of the Saturday Evening Post.

SQ lint filter: needed or not?

For over a year I had to use the SQs in the laundry room of my apartment house. I don't remember any problem with lint. Of course, I sorted and used fabric softener in the rinse of the permanent press loads, but the overflow periods were so thorough that the lint and all of the suds were gone from the top of the water before the spin. The water was very hard, much harder than we had in the Atlanta area so I had to use Grand Union water conditioner otherwise the bath soap residue did not come out of the wash cloths. I could not afford Calgon.

Nice ad, btw.[this post was last edited: 11/8/2013-19:53]

jetcone I would kill for a classic dryer

well, not literally.

Toying with the idea, after the first of the year, getting a SQ dryer to match the washer.

Nothing wrong with the GE at this point so right now with holidays coming, I cannot justify the expense.

Stay tuned. I never thought the Profile TL would give up the ghost this year but it did so anything is possible.
