Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

Well at least they didn't claim some random year as it's date of manufacture... LOL

'Makes noise' should make buyers cringe, though!

I'm convinced they'll sell it with those great pictures and wonderful sales pitch.

lets see, covered in trash/clothing, have no idea what model it is, and makes a noise......you sort of pity the guys who have to remove it and install a new one.....now I get why some just hook it up as fast as possible and run....cleaning out or installing a new vent is not included!

works perfect, yet makes a noise.....isn't that a contradiction of words?....

I think we should bombard them with a bunch of idiotic emails right back at them...just curious what the answers would be.....morons!

I am more curious as to 'does this stuff actually sell?'.......I pick up machines like this, full of grunge and lint, clean it out and lube all parts, and most buyers will argue price with me, and I usually charge half of what their asking.....compared to sellers offering items like this piece of junk!

Anyone want to wager on who the seller will be voting for in November?

Martin, I like your idea, but I'd rather not have this person knowing my e-mail address.

There was

a GE or Hotpoint pair offered for sale a few months ago in Maine with photos of clutter and worse mess.
So no, I'm not interested in wether or not they even vote.
One reason why America is great is we are free also to have the choice not to vote.
In the former Soviet Union, voting was mandatory, eve though there was only one candidate.

And the WINNER of the.......

"How Absolutely LAZY Could One Person Possibly Be" award is: the seller of "the dryer"!   YAY!

I have to give them a tiny bit of credit though, at least they took, then posted 2 (albeit useless) photos of a dryer.

Yes,

we get out what we put in, like the economy last decade. Some have short memories.
Some states had 16% unemployment, along with 4 dollar per gallon gas, and that was in May 2008.
It was costing me a fortune to drive from interview to interview. I finally got another job, for almost half, counting lost benefits and vacation time.
I looked for work for an entire year. My unemployment compensation was even docked a little because of my severance pay. I could have filed for an extension, but would rather get back to work, so I saved the system some money. Too bad after sticking out that new job for two years I wasn't able to save any.
All I was doing was spending to work, and pay our mortgage.
My folks got sick, so I left to help them. I have not worked since. Now I get threatening phone calls for tax evasion from a phony IRS scam. I'll be paying taxes again when I draw my retirement. Five more years. Not social security though.
I'll wait until age 67 if I can. I worked since age 16.

some buyers are not too intelligent either......

they actually do come to buy something big, and have no clue of how to get it home...forget the fact that it wont fit, or that they need man power....

That's frightening!  Before I moved from Atlanta I sold a Mark 27 drop-in range.  The fellow who came to buy it was not familiar with a drop-in, but it still suited his needs, so he bought it.  But he was driving an Accord, similar to the one you posted.  It would not go in the cabin, it would not go in the trunk, so he insisted that we tie it to the roof of the car.  So we did, and off he went.

Fortunately he did not have to drive a great distance, but still..  I watched the news that evening to see if there were any traffic reports involving a car carrying a stove, but there were none.
