Laundress, we have some drivers around here like that as well. Maybe I'm just getting older, so I notice it more. Some drive too fast, some too slow, and some still text while driving. There is a guard base nearby here.
One of our newer neighbors is Chaldean, and never had grass in Iraq. His wife wore a tire track in the lawn next to the drive with her van. He attempted to edge his sidewalk and lawn with an electric chainsaw.
I kindly offered my edger and safety glasses.
With the first snow two years ago, he got a large double auger snow thrower and was using it in bare feet and sandals to clear his drive way. I used a broom.
Another guy, about 27 was using his lawn tractor and plow.
