Those pesky small washer parts that are NLA...

I hope this ok for this forum but the recent thread about making new Frigidaire pulsators and rings got me thinking... what about those no longer sold parts like the washer lid cushions or the rubber feet that went over the washer legs? 

Nothing is more disappointing after restoring and spiffing up a vintage washer then leaving off or bojacking a set of lid cushions. And those leg caps would help steady a machine I am sure.

If there is a way to get these parts made again, I'm in!  The still-in-progress 55 Norge will need them!

I don't have any spares kicking around and I am scared to remove those that are still in ok shape but here are some pictures.  Most seem to be 1/4 inch in diameter and had a pointed stem to insert in the lid openings.

These may work for you. I cannot imagine that mfrs would have very many different sized mounting holes.
Looks like a GE part.

Sorry, I just can't stand Chevelle parts on my Oldsmobile even though they are both A-body GM products. I "had" to use Chevelle gas lid bumpers for years till they finally reproduced the Oldsmobile bumpers. Yeah they fit and functioned, but not the correct shape or color. Same goes for my antique appliances. If the part isn't the right one, it drives me crazy.

Paul, it would take me 10 minutes to make a mold of these bumpers if you can send me a nice original example. If the original is too dried out to remove it, you could slice it in two with a razor blade and super glue it back together. I could then make a mold and reproduce them per the original color.
