You think that kitchenaid looks defective, lol you should see our dishwasher. Our racks in them are so brittle. A few tines are broken off, and the rack is showing rust. Ouchy! It was a good washer. Just seems to be getting to old/worn out.

Made in Ohio

Brian, this machine was NOT made in another country. If it is a Whirlpool product (as long as it was originally sold in the US), it was produced in their gigantic dishwasher factory on the north side of Findlay, OH. I pass by there whenever I visit my Sister. Of course, some componets may have been produced in other countries.

Hey Dan, you need a KDS 20 to go with that KDS 19? I've

Oh man, I would love to play around with a KDS-20, but I'm really out of space.......

*sssssssiiiiiiigggggghhhhh*

Let me see what I can do about space.....

Thanks for the generous offer! I'd love to have a nice, but "used" Kitchenaid as a daily driver. My KDS-19 (thanks RCD!) is so darn minty, that I literally tip toe around it anytime I even get near the machine. I get paranoid about minty porcelain and racks being chipped if anyone but me even opens the door. Yes, I know, I'm weird......

To Made In Ohio

Tom,
Sorry. I really worded that wrong. I know Whirlpools are still made here. I should have said,"A lot of other companies are companies are sending production out of the country". Poor phrasing.

Brandon,
Yeah, I know what you mean. My sister's is so rusty, the silverware basket is about to fall through.
Oh, thanks for the compliment on my Maytag washer a few weeks ago. It's going strong and sounds brand new.

OK Dan, shoot me an e-mail when you've got room and we'll make arrangements. And trust me, I'll give you a nudge if I don't hear from you!

Remember, this is the one that doesn't want to drain, but it's not the drain solenoid at fault. Experts here have advised it's probably something simple. It's all there, and in nice shape.

I'll get pix of it to you if you like.

That KitchenAid ought to be good. It's got two wash arms. It looks similar to my Custom 21. The difference being the 21 has a timer knob on the left side. It works great.

I keep seeing pictures of Dial-A-Matics here and there, and now I kind of want one. They're neat looking.

I passed up a Dial-a-Matic at Salvation Army recently. Interestingly, the Constellation that was there next to it disappeared first.

They were both well-used and without attachments, in the beige/orange two tone scheme.

I'm not a vacuum collector so unless I know somebody is looking for a particular item, I pass it by.
