Great find, Togs, but I have to admit that the first thing I noticed when I saw the first photo in this thread was how on that NY street, there isn't a single plant - living or dead.

Unicoupler

Ordered the part from Danby. The inlet and dishcharge hoses screw on to the unicoupler, and are sold as separate pieces.

The quick connect assembly is $2.11.
The intlet hose is $3.97.
The drain hose is $3.21.

An inespensive fix

Poor bastard who gave the DW to Goodwill.

Could have easily repaired the broken unicoupler and inlet hose.

Their loss....my gain

Isn't a rewarding feeling fixing something like that for just a few dollars. lots of people just don't know where to order parts from, and if they had the parts may have no idean how to repair something.
