I saw on televison a commercial advertisement for Tide Act-lift laundry detergent.
Out of the corner of my eye I noted a front-loading washer. No big deal. Still, something was not right. So I replayed the commercial a few times.
THEY WERE BRITS! LOL
The washer looked unfamililiar.
The machine was fitted (built-in) into (kitchen?) cabinetry and had the cabinet door removed to be visible (the door's catch was visible).
The decor in the living room was different too, to be the USA.
The radiator on the wall was a Brit style "waffle" design (not done here).
Most living rooms here AFAIK don't have doors; only doorways.
The look of the actors and what they were wearing was slightly different that what we are used to.
Funny that at a fast glance it was all the same, but tiny little bits of difference tugged at my awareness.
Does anyone else get foreign...er sorry.. "international" commercials much? I guess we are used to those made for this market.......
